Create Your Own Summer Cocktail. A Lemon-Basil Fizz.
Disclaimer: I am not, in any way, shape or form, a bartender. Just a girl who thinks she can do anything, including whip up a yummy summer cocktail. Besides ‘creating a cocktail’ is on my bucket list. So, on a hot Arizona day I put on my mixologist hat and whipped up this tasty cocktail.
LEMON-BASIL FIZZ 1/2 Cup Prosecco 1/4 Cup Lemon Sorbet 1 oz Coconut Rum 1/4 Cup Fresh Raspberries 1/2 Cup Ice 1 Large Basil Leaf
Put all ingredients into a blender & blend. Pour into a glass and top with a dollop of lemon sorbet.
