7-Night Tracy Arm Fjord Cruise with Celebrity Cruises
Friday, September 7th – Friday, September 14th, 2018
Day 1: September 7, Seattle, Washington
The ship departs at 4:00pm, so you may choose to arrive to the Emerald City early to get a cup of famous Seattle coffee, see the Space Needle or sample some of the fresh seafood.
Onboard, the group will meet for a special welcome reception where we can get to know each other before sharing in an experience of a lifetime.
Day 2: September 8, At Sea
Enjoy a day at sea on your own or join the group for some fun bucket list activities and travel Q & A.
Day 3: September 9, Ketchikan, Alaska
Ketchikan is known as the “Salmon Capital of the World”, so sampling some of it while you are here is an absolute must! It is also home to the world’s largest collection of totem poles carve by the Tlingit people.
Choose to take a rain forest canoe ride, have a crab feast, see a lumberjack show or for a little more adventure opt to join me and book the Alaska Boatman’s Adventure.
Day 4: September Sep 10, Tracy Arm Fjords & Glacier
Get your camera ready! The Tracy Arm Fjords is a narrow 26-mile waterway that are lined with sheer granite walls (some that rise more than 3,000 feet!). While cruising you can witness the breathtaking twin Sawyer glaciers and cascading waterfalls that will take your breath away.
Day 4: September Sep 10, Juneau, Alaska
Juneau is Alaska’s remote capital and your chance to take a glacial dogsled adventure, Helicopter to Taku Glacier or join me on the Guided Mendenhall Lake Paddle and Glacier Trek Adventure.
Day 5: September Sep 11, Skagway, Alaska
Skagway’s charming downtown streets are lined wooden boardwalks and restored 19th-century buildings. Choose stay in town for an afternoon of shopping and dining or join me on the Skagway Glacier Safari.
Day 5: September Sep 11, Alaska Inside Passage
You’ll sail beyond the Inside Passage into the more protected Alaska Inside Passage, a complex labyrinth of fjords and bays where whales and sea lions find refuge during the summer months.
Day 6: September Sep 12, At Sea
Day 7: September Sep 13, Victoria, British Columbia
The capital of British Columbia is also its largest island. This one-time British colony has retained much of its colonial splendor. Victoria is a seaside enclave that enjoys a temperate climate., which is great, because you’ll want to explore all the museums, parks and golf courses Victoria has to offer.
