Who can resist a delicate, moist, gooey Italian Nutella Brownies? The old classic brownies recipe is revamped by using Nutella, a chocolate hazelnut spread. When I am in Italy every breakfast consists of Nutella spread on crostini…absolutely delicious!

1 Stick Butter, Melted
6 Ounces Nutella (Chocolate Hazelnut Spread), plus some to spread on top
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour, Sifted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan. Whisk together melted butter, Nutella and sugar. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, until combined. Whisk in cocoa and salt. Fold in flour until combined. Pour brownie batter into pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool brownies before cutting. Spread Nutella on top before serving.
